Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee security personnel assignments and schedules across operational shifts, including daily briefings/debriefs and performance feedback to ensure procedural adherence.
  • •Investigate suspected theft, fraud, and unexplained losses; conduct incident reviews, document findings, and prepare investigation reports, including root cause and corrective actions with operations.
  • •Monitor CCTV system performance and review footage for security incidents and suspicious activity; coordinate maintenance, upgrades, vendor support requests, and ensure proper retention.
  • •Develop and implement site-specific loss prevention policies, procedures, and protocols; ensure compliance with local, state, and federal security and asset protection regulations.
  • •Manage relationships with security agency and CCTV vendors, including contract renewals, performance/cost evaluation, and negotiation as applicable.

Salary: USD 79,000 - 105,000 annually
