Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate, review, and edit user-focused documentation by partnering with engineering and operations.
  • •Build and maintain technical writing toolkits including style guides, review processes, and requirements for authoring/publishing tools.
  • •Evaluate and prioritize documentation tasks using a data-driven approach, filling gaps that risk the documentation roadmap.
  • •Communicate risks and manage expectations, ensuring appropriate mitigations and resource allocation to meet delivery targets.
  • •Lead documentation culture building through process and training, and refine a product maturity framework to support productization of new systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of demonstrated excellence generating technical documentation.
  • •Experience reading and interpreting engineering documentation.
  • •Experience building content using content authoring tools including word editors and specialized software (e.g. RapidAuthor, Arbortext).
  • •Strong written and verbal communication with emphasis on technical subjects.
  • •Must be eligible for Secret and higher security clearance (US), and be able to relocate to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA if not already local.
