Key Responsibilities

•Manage the guest experience from arrival through departure and build strong relationships with guests.
•Coordinate all guest requests including reservations and in-room services, and tailor experiences based on individual preferences.
•Assist with unpacking, itinerary planning, and special occasion arrangements to create memorable moments.
•Maintain clear communication with all departments to ensure flawless execution of guest services.
•Engage with guests daily to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and continuously enhance the guest experience.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years experience in guest relations or a similar role in a luxury hotel.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
•Proficiency in hotel systems and Microsoft Office.
•Well presented, confident, and highly service driven.
