Key Responsibilities

•Build a deep, continuously refreshed understanding of our patients across Medicaid and Medicare, identify audience segments and synthesize insights into actionable guidance for the company.
•Own audience segmentation and voice-of-patient research, both qualitative and quantitative, and translate it into clear, actionable insight the whole company can use.
•Track the competitive and category landscape and translate it into how we position and differentiate.
•Own Pair Team’s patient-facing positioning and value propositions across service lines, and the message architecture that paid media, brand, care teams, and our AI care advocate all draw from as a single source of truth.
•Design lifecycle and member-communication programs across channels to elevate activation and retention and treat activation and retention as products to be improved.
