Job Summary

Partner with business leaders and Learning Performance Consultants to gather and validate learning requirements, analyze performance gaps, and design and develop learning curriculum. Create interactive facilitator-led and online content, organize course materials, and manage timelines, milestones, and quality standards. Develop learning objectives and design documents, build measurement tools to evaluate curriculum effectiveness and learner performance, and collaborate to ensure deliverables meet business needs.

•Organize and produce curriculum, manage timelines and milestones, and ensure quality and consistency with course content guidelines.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of related experience; 2 years of progressive instructional design experience including training industry knowledge.
•Experience with instructional authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 and/or Adobe Suite.
•Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, including multi-tasking and flexibility.
•Strong communication skills to plan, prioritize, monitor, and respond quickly to changes.
•Experience in instructional design for auto or property claims, plus experience curating content and designing assessments (e.g., Kirkpatrick’s Levels of Evaluation, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
