Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Coach and performance-manage assigned team members; communicate expectations, performance measures, and goals.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory, and lead repair vs. reject decisions with the General Manager.
  • •Train associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time and minimize re-checks and delays.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Experience using computers.
  • •Demonstrated functional expertise in one or more areas of Carvana’s reconditioning process.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of current reconditioning processes and lean principles.
  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years).
