Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of new subscription and NAV-backed credit facilities for Blackstone’s Funds, coordinating with lenders, legal counsel, and internal teams to manage transactions from initial structuring through documentation, syndication, and closing.
  • •Manage the ongoing lifecycle of legacy credit facilities, including extensions, amendments, and refinancing, while working with lenders and counsel to update documentation and align terms with current market standards and internal precedent.
  • •Collaborate with BX business lines to assess current and forward-looking liquidity requirements and ongoing covenant compliance.
  • •Support Blackstone’s debt capital markets activities, including corporate bond issuances, by coordinating with internal teams, banking partners, and advisors on transaction execution and documentation.
  • •Lead the preparation and review of lender diligence materials and proactively address ad hoc inquiries from BX deal teams, finance personnel, and senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a quantitative discipline.
  • •8+ years of relevant experience in fund finance, treasury capital markets, banking, or credit markets.
  • •Significant experience with subscription credit facilities, NAV financing and other fund-level leverage products.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading financing transactions, managing lender relationships, and negotiating credit documentation.
  • •Strong understanding of fund structures, liquidity management, and capital markets dynamics within the alternative asset management industry.
