Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and organize multiple sources of schedule inputs and performance data into a master schedule platform, and deliver required project/program status reports.
  • •Implement project planning and scheduling strategy, plans, and procedures reflecting company and contractor roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • •Maintain the integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the program suite of project schedules.
  • •Interface and provide quality assurance to project functional groups and contractors on schedule tracking and schedule performance reporting.
  • •Support an integrated enterprise cross-functional and EPC master schedule program, including critical path and probabilistic analysis and preparing customized progress and staffing reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 3-5 years of applicable experience in construction scheduling.
  • •Experience developing, preparing, reviewing, and baselining project schedules, including critical path analysis.
  • •Experience with scheduling and risk analysis programs such as Primavera P6.
  • •Strong communication skills.
