Dynamic Mid-Market Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within Mid-Market Accounts in Germany. You’ll blend high-level technical curiosity with value-based selling, articulate Elastic’s Search, Observability, and Security platform to executives, manage complex sales cycles using MEDDPICC, partner cross-functionally, uncover new use cases, and help customers unlock data-driven outcomes.

•Drive adoption of Elastic’s AI-powered search solutions, Observability and Security within new Mid-Market accounts and deepen engagement with existing ones
•Be a trusted advisor by helping customers harness search analytics to derive actionable insights
•Communicate domain and cloud acumen, discussing cloud economics, usage-based pricing, and modern data architectures
•Navigate complex sales cycles and proactively identify opportunities, coordinating with cross-functional teams to accelerate deals
•Develop comprehensive territory plans leveraging community, customer, and partner ecosystems to drive significant growth
