Job Summary

Environmental Scientist leading hazardous building material and industrial hygiene projects with a blended role of technical delivery and business development. Key Responsibilities

•Manage and/or self-perform a wide range of hazardous building material and industrial hygiene projects for private and public-sector clients
•Collaborate with licensed/certified professionals and regulatory specialists on hazardous building material and IH projects, including survey, investigation, abatement design and remediation
•Provide technical/regulatory leadership for projects across New England, the US, and internationally
•Develop proposals including work scope, budgets and schedules for hazardous material surveys/design/abatement and IH projects
•Review, coordinate or prepare reports, work plans and technical memos; analyze data and draw conclusions

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,000 - 150,000 annually

•BA/BS + 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Technical experience directly related to building hazardous material (asbestos, lead paint, etc.)

•40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training
•EPA AHERA Asbestos Inspector Certification
