Payments Operations Specialist

Support end-to-end payments operations by reviewing and verifying customer payment transactions, including KYC and identity validation. Process ACH/NACHA files, track payments, and perform reconciliations to resolve exceptions, discrepancies, refunds, chargebacks, and other payment-related issues. Apply payment policies, operational procedures, and compliance controls while supporting fraud prevention, sanctions screening, disputes, and regulatory requirements. Drive operational efficiency through continuous process improvements and risk/control gap identification.
