Fast Track File Handler - EL/PL

Handle a caseload of litigated EL and PL cases for Keoghs clients, working within the Keoghs competency framework. You’ll build client relationships, assess and advise on liability and quantum, develop strategies to achieve best outcomes, manage disclosure, proof witnesses, prepare witness statements, and marshal expert evidence while ensuring compliance with SRA Standards & Regulations. Primary work location is Liverpool (hybrid working, 35 hours/week).
