Key Responsibilities

  • •Embody a strong client experience culture by engaging clients in-person and over the phone to uncover financial wellness opportunities.
  • •Open personal and business accounts, including consumer checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Consistently attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and meet sales and referral expectations.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire and deepen client relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales is more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfortable interacting with small business clients and asking fact-finding questions to be helpful.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
