Job Summary

Design and build highly scalable backend systems and microservices, developing RESTful APIs with Spring Boot. Implement secure, scalable architectures and optimize performance, reliability, and scalability. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements, participate in system design and code reviews, and drive quality through automated testing and CI/CD. Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to enable seamless deployments using modern cloud-native practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale backend applications and microservices.
•Build RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and implement scalable, secure backend architectures.
•Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability in distributed, event-driven systems.
•Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and translate requirements.
•Drive engineering quality via system design participation, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD with QA/DevOps.

Key Requirements

•7–10+ years of backend development experience.
•Strong expertise in Java (11/17/21) and Spring Boot/Spring Framework.
•Experience designing microservices and RESTful web services for enterprise-scale systems.
•Hands-on with distributed systems, event-driven architecture, concurrency, and scalable backend architecture.
•Proficiency with PostgreSQL/SQL, Kafka or JMS (ActiveMQ), and modern development/CI/CD practices.
