Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Technical Validation: Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver product demos and PoCs across Cloudflare’s portfolio (Security, Networking, Developer Platforms).
•Trusted Advisory: Maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders across the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
•Strategic Alignment: Ensure ongoing alignment between customer goals and Cloudflare’s product roadmap across the lifecycle.
•Commercial Accountability & Expansion: Maintain a variable quota tied to new business and ongoing account growth; drive deep platform adoption and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities; lead QBRs for ROI discussions with executives.
•AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: Act as an AI-augmented engineer; use AI agents to automate routine tasks and free time for strategic advisory.

Key Requirements

•Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineer (leveling varies)
•Broad technical expertise spanning web security, networking (routing, DNS, DDoS mitigation), cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture
•Proven track record in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment with SaaS metrics understanding
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to bridge technical details with executive strategy
•Proficiency in Thai language (required for Thai customers)
