Key Responsibilities

  • •Think strategically about workplace markets and trends to guide client projects
  • •Meet with client leadership, conduct interviews, run workshops, and analyse surveys to produce clear presentations
  • •Translate client data into workplace models and spatial requirements for projects
  • •Manage workplace innovation projects, coordinate resources, and handle invoicing objectives
  • •Communicate project progress to clients and develop options and final concepts for approval

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in workplace strategy, design/interior design, corporate real estate occupier consulting, or business analysis
  • •Degree qualification preferable but not mandatory
  • •One or more of: PRINCE2, MSP, MRICS, APMPQ, Better Business Cases, PROSCI certified practitioner
  • •Experience in project managing workplace consulting and real estate projects
  • •Experience using technology and workplace/real estate data
