Job Summary

Drive Measurement Solutions sales for a defined portfolio of Life Sciences accounts, managing bookings, gross profit, and profitability targets. Build and maintain relationships with key partners, develop account growth plans, and ensure accurate CRM reporting. Negotiate contracts (pricing, discounts, volume structures) and align selling propositions to customer needs. Track competitive intelligence, collaborate with product and industry experts, and execute short-, medium-, and long-term account strategies.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Manage Sales, Bookings, and Gross Profit targets for the Measurement Solutions portfolio within assigned Life Sciences accounts.
•Own bookings forecasting for the portfolio and ensure timely delivery of volume commitments, implementing recovery actions as needed.
•Negotiate business contracts, including pricing, discounts, and volume structures, within the agreed Delegation of Authority.
•Develop customer needs understanding, promote relevant solutions, and maintain customer growth plans with progress tracked in CRM.
•Track competitive environment and market trends/competitive intelligence, maintain account opportunity lists and site plans, and collaborate with SMEs, Product Managers, and Industry Leaders to improve business opportunities.

•A STEM degree or comparable technical education.
•Demonstrated experience with measurement technologies in Life Sciences.
•A results-driven approach with strong interest in new technology and innovation.
•Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, including building relationships across all levels; solid understanding of commercial contracts.
•Fluent communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch; willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license.
