Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate specialized flight operations task forces supporting aircraft performance, human factors, safety management systems, and training standardization.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, regulatory authorities, industry bodies, peers, partners, and direct reports.
  • •Acquire resources, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements.
  • •Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals.
  • •Manage, mentor, develop, and evaluate pilots; conduct familiarization, qualification, standardization, and flight/ground instruction; operate aircraft as Pilot in Command and Instructor.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Experience presenting to all levels of management.
  • •Minimum 5000 hours total flight time in a public transport category aircraft.
  • •Minimum 1000 hours of flight instructor time.
  • •Capable of traveling 50% of the time with international and transoceanic flight experience.
  • •Experience with MS Office and existing rights to work in Belgium.
