  • •Develop routines to move an empty trap to a cold, ordered ion chain, improving loading reliability and cooling performance.
  • •Calibrate and characterize qubit control, pushing single-qubit and Mølmer-Sørensen two-qubit gates and owning shuttling fidelity.
  • •Implement calibration automation so expert tuning runs in a closed loop and calibration recovers without physicist intervention.
  • •Develop the system performance and control stack: diagnose drift/loss/fidelity degradation and define monitoring and recovery for unattended operation.
