Job Summary

Build strong relationships with retail and business customers by engaging them in-person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess banking needs, process account information and basic transactions, and educate clients on deposit and loan products as well as digital and self-service tools. Open and service consumer and business accounts, complete requests, and submit credit applications, while partnering with branch teams to deliver an accurate, consistent client experience. NMLS registration is required under SAFE Act and Regulation Z.

Key Requirements

•Thorough knowledge of bank/branch policies, procedures, support systems, and retail products and services.
