Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct AI diligence: assess target companies’ AI strategy, data infrastructure, and technical maturity; synthesize findings into business insights on opportunities, risks, and value creation.
  • •Sponsor & client management: manage private equity and corporate sponsor relationships, prepare materials, and support client-facing presentations and deliverables.
  • •Bridge strategy & technology by translating AI/ML capabilities into actionable recommendations for investment committees and portfolio executives.
  • •Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to scope, prioritize, and define AI solutions within sponsor-backed assets.
  • •Drive execution by owning discrete workstreams, managing day-to-day diligence from research through production deliverables with high analytical rigor.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3+ years of professional experience.
  • •Experience in top-tier consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), private equity, and/or AI technology companies.

  • •Experience contributing to complex diligence, strategic analysis, or technical evaluation processes.
  • •Strong technical literacy in AI/ML to evaluate data pipelines, model strategies, and infrastructure at a high level.
