Job Summary

Lead end-to-end semiconductor equipment NPI supply chain and commercialization programs, from strategy through high-volume ramp. Coordinate cross-functional and external partners to deliver timing, budget adherence, and quality across the Etch business unit. Own supply continuity planning via dual sourcing and risk mitigation, drive landed-cost and gross-margin targets, and present sourcing strategies to executive stakeholders while protecting IP and aligning stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and quality.

•Develop and implement supply chain strategy from NPI to high volume to meet performance requirements.
•Collaborate and negotiate with key suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective supply of materials and components.
•Oversee end-to-end semiconductor equipment NPI development programs from a supply chain perspective, coordinating internal teams and external partners.
•Manage dual sourcing and identify/s mitigate supply chain single points of failure to reduce supply risk before commercialization.
•Create and maintain material cost reduction roadmaps; lead supplier price negotiations to achieve material cost and gross margin targets, including cost apportionment models.

Key Requirements

•BS in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MS/ MBA preferred).
•Minimum of 4 years of experience in semiconductor equipment development, fabrication and/or Supply Chain management.
•Proven experience in program management, supply chain management, and business acumen.
•Knowledge of fabrication commodities and processes.
•Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
