Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising by overseeing product recovery, restock, destock, and visual merchandising changes
  • •Plan visual floor changes with the management team through payroll management and adapting visual support to business needs
  • •Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through execution to meet company expectations, budgets, and timelines
  • •Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities; lead and coach Associates including recruitment and development
