Visual Lead - Madison Ave

Lead store visual merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager to help drive sales and maximize profitability. Own execution of operational tasks including shipment, receiving, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management. Maintain strategic product presentation through recovery/restock/destock, plan visual floor changes with management, and use reporting tools to identify placement and stock opportunities. Also coach and recruit talent while supporting budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
