•Accountable for technical direction and architectural judgments for DSP systems to deliver OTG wearables and portable audio.
•Own DSP delivery commitments for Consumer BU development programs, balancing quality, scope, and execution tradeoffs.
•Influence the evolution of DSP infrastructure, frameworks, and toolchains used across OTG products with emphasis on reuse, scalability, and long term sustainability.
•Act as a thought leader and partner as Bose transitions toward a platform based operating model led by the Bose Audio Lab.
•Represent the OTG DSP team as part of an enterprise-wide audio technology center of excellence.

•Strong background in DSP engineering for consumer audio products, including playback, noise cancellation or noise management, and voice pickup
•Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction across disciplines and organizational boundaries
