Job Summary

Lead and manage small- to medium-scale proposal pursuits from early capture through client interviews, working with business development and technical teams. Conduct detailed RFP/RFQ analysis, build compliance matrices, and manage proposal schedules and win themes. Draft and edit proposal content (including InDesign layouts), coordinate Pink/Red Team reviews, and support interview preparation, go/no-go discussions, and debriefs. Guide junior proposal staff and ensure quality control prior to submission.

•Develop and manage proposal schedules, coordinating milestones and deadlines for compliant submissions.
•Coordinate proposal content development and work with technical teams to ensure cohesive messaging; lay out proposals in InDesign and edit.
•Facilitate Pink and Red Team reviews, manage revisions, support interview preparation, and participate in go/no-go and debriefs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience collaborating within a marketing team to lead and/or support proposal activities, or an equivalent education/experience combination.
•Working knowledge of proposal and presentation strategy, including organization, writing, production, and marketing best practices.
•Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and complex deliverables with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
•Ability to produce accurate, compliant, and compelling deliverables, with strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
