Job Summary

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers, providing a friendly, customer-first experience as part of the Hauler-Life team. Load and unload vehicles, inspect the hauler and vehicles for safe operation, complete customer paperwork, and maintain thorough notes in the customer tracking system. Drive safely in line with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy while working scheduled shifts across 7 days a week.

•Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers while providing a customer-first experience.
•Frequently load and unload vehicles and regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles maintain safe to drive conditions.
•Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
•Consistently drive safe and maintain a clean driving record according to Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

•At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
•Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions.

•Ability to safely drive frequently with excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity, and maintain a clean driving record per CMV Driver Qualification policy.
•Must pass a drug test, obtain a DOT Medical Card, and have a valid driver’s license; candidates must be able to obtain required notary and state-specific credentials within stated timelines.
