Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement the Workforce Utilization Score, integrating data from time logs, active accounts, and productivity indicators.
  • •Develop and maintain EOD bot analytics, automating daily performance summaries and activity reporting.
  • •Build real-time dashboards to flag idle, at-risk, or unassigned talent for proactive redeployment.
  • •Create attendance risk algorithms to predict potential absenteeism, attrition, or engagement drops.
  • •Partner with Operations, Training, and HR to align data definitions, reporting logic, and corrective triggers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 60,000 - 85,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4–5 years of experience in workforce analytics, business intelligence, or operations data management.
  • •Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
