Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the internal subject matter expert for election integrity, coordinated influence operations, violent extremism, and fraud/deception, setting standards, definitions, and escalation thresholds.
  • •Own day-to-day election integrity, violent extremism, and fraud content evaluation workflows (routing, queue management, quality assurance, escalation, SLA monitoring).
  • •Partner with Safety research, post-training, and Evals teams to create new automated evaluations and drive enforcement decisions on novel or ambiguous cases.
  • •Partner with engineering to design and improve detection models, hash-matching pipelines, fraud/abuse detection systems, and automated enforcement processes for pre-release evaluations and red-teaming.
  • •Coordinate external reporting and information-sharing with bodies, NGOs, researchers, election officials, financial/anti-fraud partners, and (where appropriate) law enforcement.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep subject matter expertise in election integrity, disinformation/influence operations, counterterrorism/violent extremism, or fraud and deception (scams, phishing, impersonation, financial fraud).
  • •Experience in trust & safety, content moderation operations, or policy enforcement with direct exposure to election-related harms, terrorist/violent extremist content, or fraud.
  • •Experience managing or coordinating content review operations, including quality assurance and workflow management.
