Key Responsibilities

•Aids in the management of a dedicated departmental support process impacting Philips' med-tech products by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
•Supports day-to-day departmental activities, including hands-on tasks to maintain production flow, product quality, and inventory management.
•Conducts research on relevant topics, investigates trends and best practices to support strategic project directions.
•Analyzes data related to departmental projects, identifying trends and delivering actionable recommendations.
•Participates in meetings, captures minutes, and assists in preparing and presenting reports for stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and basic documentation/reporting practices.
•Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and communicate findings effectively.
•Interest in data analytics, market intelligence, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing/med-tech context.
•Willingness to learn industry trends, best practices, and develop technical and presentation skills.
