Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of features—from early prototypes to production-ready systems.
  • •Work deeply with AI/ML workflows while applying solid engineering and reliability practices.
  • •Design, build, and maintain data pipelines (e.g., Spark, Databricks, Python, Kafka) that turn raw events into durable features and model inputs.
  • •Develop and integrate ML/LLM capabilities (embeddings, similarity search, ranking, clustering, text generation) into backend flows and expose them via stable APIs.
  • •Design and iterate on prompts, configurations, and AI workflows with offline experimentation and automated evaluation systems (LLM-as-judge, regression suites) with clear quality metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, Java, Kotlin, or similar) with production-ready scalable services in cloud environments (AWS, GCP)
  • •Hands-on experience with data processing or distributed systems (e.g., Spark, Databricks, Kafka) and designing/consuming APIs (REST/GraphQL)
  • •Experience with ML/LLM systems and shipping features to production in collaboration with AI/ML teams
  • •Familiarity with embeddings, ranking, clustering, recommendations for personalization and search/browse experiences
  • •Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflows, including safety guardrails and offline/online evaluation frameworks
