Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor man-hours consumption, staff utilization, and progress for Energy design projects.
  • •Support Energy Project Managers with project work programs, schedules, budgets, and costs, including baseline development and change management.
  • •Assess budget over-runs, delays, design claim impacts, and propose mitigation measures; identify scheduling and cost risks.
  • •Prepare Energy project status and risk reports, develop and maintain energy risk registers, and track risk responses.
  • •Support learning and growth by contributing to project close-out, disseminating best practices, and enabling training and capability building for the Project Control Section.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Master’s Degree in Engineering preferred).
  • •10+ years of industry experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning industry.
  • •10+ years of experience in the engineering industry with a top-tier regional/multinational engineering consultancy firm.
  • •Strong experience with project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera) and cost management tools/methodologies.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to work with senior management and multiple stakeholders.
