Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer massages and face/body treatments to guests, VIPs, and press in line with ESPA and hotel brand standards.
  • •Conduct in-depth client consultations, record guest preferences, and provide aftercare recommendations post-treatment.
  • •Maintain cleanliness, sterilization, and hygiene of equipment and treatment areas, and ensure spa area compliance with regulations.
  • •Achieve retail sales targets set by the Spa Director, driving retail selling and cross-sales to other spa services.
  • •Assist the Head Therapist by supporting operational/admin procedures and codes of conduct; cover reception and spa attendant duties when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent in English written and spoken (other languages are a distinctive advantage).
  • •Prior education and diplomas as an aesthetician and body therapist.
  • •Three years of professional experience in massage therapy.
  • •Thorough knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, with broad experience in massage and face/body treatments.
  • •Previous experience in a five-star resort/spa (minimum 2 years) and strong guest communication/customer service skills.
