Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to client CTOs, CISOs, HR executives, and IT directors, translating goals into AI and agentic workplace roadmaps.
  • •Run discovery workshops to define high-value processes for AI augmentation and autonomous workflow optimization.
  • •Architect end-to-end agentic workplace workflows using Google Workspace integrations and agent platforms without writing custom code.
  • •Design and demonstrate practical proof-of-concepts and visual reference architectures for decision-makers.
  • •Guide transformation and adoption, including governance, security, privacy, and ethical AI practices for agent deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of senior enterprise consulting experience in digital workplace, cloud transformation, or IT strategy consulting (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SaaS ecosystems).
  • •Strong client and stakeholder management, including leading executive conversations and facilitating strategic workshops.
  • •High conceptual and practical literacy in GenAI and agentic platforms, including prompt engineering, Gemini Enterprise, and no-code/low-code agent tooling (e.g., Vertex AI Agent Builder, AppSheet).
