Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Deploy phase for MPS programs, ensuring execution aligns with HP’s Deploy lifecycle and readiness for steady-state transition.
  • •Coordinate multi-functional, multi-vendor teams across print fleet management, software, analytics, and monitoring services.
  • •Oversee scope execution, including cost estimates, schedules, DAIR documentation, and operational handover plans.
  • •Develop and manage program governance (steering committees, PMO structures, quality controls, DAIR logs, communication plans, handover frameworks) and manage risk and mitigation.
  • •Maintain financial and commercial accountability by owning budgets, tracking performance and forecasting, ensuring contractual compliance (SLAs, KPIs, regulatory requirements), and driving continuous improvement.
