Key Responsibilities

•Create differentiated positioning, messaging, and customer-facing content for digital signature and identity verification.
•Drive end-to-end go-to-market strategy and launch execution for new identity verification methods and premium trust services, ensuring cross-functional readiness.
•Own primary trust web pages and internal sales enablement portals for buyers and field teams.
•Partner with product leads to establish feedback loops and tracking frameworks to measure adoption and optimize onboarding journeys.
•Serve as primary SME on risk and compliance, uncovering customer insights and regulatory trends (e.g., eIDAS) to identify high-priority trust use cases and support strategic events.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record managing high-growth products or platform portfolios.
•Experience building and executing cross-functional go-to-market strategies, product launch bills of materials (BOM), and sales enablement frameworks for enterprise revenue teams.
•Domain expertise in identity verification (IDV), digital identity standards, and/or electronic signatures.
•Strong working knowledge of global regulatory and compliance frameworks such as eIDAS, ESIGN, UETA, KYC/AML, or SOC 2.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA preferred.
