Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day support to the SVP, Global Publicity, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and conference calls, and booking conference rooms with A/V needs in office.
  • •Support publicists by preparing and maintaining talent and filmmaker travel grids and coordinating press-day, junket, premiere, awards, and tour schedules.
  • •Create, update, and distribute key scheduling and campaign documents, including team calendars, film calendars, contact sheets, memos, and publicity reports.
  • •Organize and distribute press breaks and compile broadcast tune-ins for internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Support operational needs including vendor registration, purchase orders, p-card reconciliation, invoice processing, and budget tracking grids/title breakdowns.
