Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute global demand generation campaigns across digital, email, webinar, and paid media to support revenue and pipeline goals across NA, EMEA, and APAC.
•Lead end-to-end integrated campaign programs, managing funnel deliverables, timelines, workflows, and cross-functional dependencies to build a predictable demand engine.
•Own global email and webinar program strategy, including channel approach, audience targeting, and creative direction to drive measurable lead generation and pipeline contribution.
•Collaborate with paid media, content/brand/market strategy, regional, business development, and sales teams to develop strategies that drive prospect engagement.
•Monitor and optimize KPIs and campaign performance, translating data into improvements in program efficiency, lead quality, and pipeline contribution; develop standardized reporting frameworks across regions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 81,600 - 138,700 annually

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree and 5+ years of related professional experience.
•Demonstrated track record driving successful multi-channel demand generation campaigns that grow measurable leads and pipeline.
•Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including inbound and outbound marketing tactics.
•Experience owning and leading demand generation programs across multiple regions or business units with accountability for strategy, execution, and results.
•Proficiency in Salesforce and 6sense/Marketo (or comparable ABM and marketing automation platforms), with ability to apply tools to audience strategy and performance.
