Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership in project management for civil highway design projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to QA/QC procedures.
•Lead the design of preliminary and final plans, cost estimates, and special provisions while developing staff capabilities.
•Collaborate with clients and cross-disciplinary teams to define requirements, scopes, schedules, and budgets.
•Mentor local staff, promote Minnesota standards, and develop technical skills within the project team.
•Cultivate client relationships and identify opportunities to grow market share and secure repeat business.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
•Minimum of 10 years of verifiable professional project management experience.
•Professional Engineering registration in the State of Minnesota, or ability to obtain within six months.
•Proven experience with MnDOT projects.
•Proficiency in Bentley Open Roads Designer software.
