Contracts Manager

Own the end-to-end commercial contract lifecycle for a fast-growing open-source developer platform. Serve as primary administrator of the CLM platform, including templates, playbooks, documentation, workflows, configuration, and user management. Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, statements of work, and procurement agreements while enabling deal velocity with cross-functional partners. Improve intake, automate workflows, and scale Legal contracting operations through training, reporting, and process initiatives.
