Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a major platform component and its roadmap, defining architecture, interfaces, technical goals, and multi-year evolution.
  • •Lead technical delivery across teams by clarifying requirements, breaking down work, managing dependencies, and coordinating release risks.
  • •Build and run batch and streaming ingestion, transformation, reconciliation, and serving pipelines for fleet/operational telemetry.
  • •Lead complex production investigations spanning pipelines, SQL engines, Spark, storage, networks, and cloud services; drive resolution and prevention.
  • •Establish quality, security, and operational standards (testing, data-quality, reconciliation, lineage, SLOs, and release readiness) and deliver usable data products.

Salary: USD 200,000 - 322,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and 12+ years of equivalent experience.
  • •A sustained record building and operating production software, data platforms, databases, or distributed systems end-to-end.
  • •Proven ability to define a component’s technical plan, set objectives, assign design/implementation work, and guide delivery with little supervision.
  • •Extensive practical experience with distributed processing (Spark or similar), analytical/distributed/relational databases, and production ETL/streaming/event handling.
  • •Strong Python and SQL fundamentals, including reusable abstractions and ability to implement/debug critical code paths.
