Key Responsibilities

  • •Utilize work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts and wire lists, and instructions to build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies and components.
  • •Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshoot and repair, and identify/correct errors.
  • •Follow all safety standards; maintain a secure, safe, clean, and healthy work environment; promptly report accidents, injuries, hazards, or emergencies.
  • •Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies and subassemblies; complete documentation and enter progress/work/labor details into computer terminals.
  • •Receive parts and perform audits to ensure parts are available and inspected for defects; troubleshoot and improve processes; may install software to improve processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to perform electro-mechanical assembly and troubleshooting using schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • •Experience receiving parts, inspecting for defects, and auditing parts availability for build, test, and repair work.
  • •Ability to use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and/or vacuum pumps to test assemblies and subassemblies.
