Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and own analog-on-top and digital-on-top design verification flows for full-chip simulations of in-house RFICs and RF-SoCs.
  • •Develop testbenches and flows to simulate critical interfaces between RFICs/SoCs.
  • •Work with designers to improve speed and accuracy of simulations for advanced mixed-signal IPs such as PLLs, DACs, and ADCs.
  • •Create and use behavioral models of RF/analog/mixed-mode circuit blocks in chip verification.
  • •Work with the ATE test engineering team to develop/prototype testplans and set up/run EM/IR simulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
  • •1+ years of research and/or industry experience in integrated circuit design/verification.
  • •Ability to work long hours and weekends as necessary to support critical milestones.
  • •Experience with AMS simulation tools and flows.
  • •Understanding of analog circuit fundamentals and ability to simulate circuit blocks such as LDOs, bandgaps, DACs, ADCs, and RF/oscillator/PLL circuits.
