Job Summary

Manage manufacturing production and supply chain execution by monitoring metrics and budgets, correcting variances, and driving on-time delivery. Establish and control project schedules, optimize resource utilization, and ensure accurate plant capacity planning. Lead and develop direct reports, enforce 5S, safety, and Lean practices, and drive continuous improvement and process changes that improve quality, cost, and cycle time. Partner with senior management to align operations development with business needs.

•Establish and monitor production using metrics/budgets, initiating corrective action based on results.
•Establish and control project schedules and timelines, and plan/evaluate resource utilization and operational efficiency to minimize costs and meet delivery targets.
•Accurately establish plant capacity and drive Lean, Safety, and Quality practices.
•Direct, guide, monitor, and evaluate personnel to accomplish production and supply chain goals consistent with 5S and safety procedures.
•Lead continuous improvement initiatives to refine production methods and processes, identify process/quality changes, and pursue new technologies to improve cycle time, efficiency, and profitability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 104,000 - 143,000 annually
