Shredder Production Supervisor - Night Shift

Oversee shredder production and quality control across multiple shifts, ensuring safe operations and compliance with OSHA and corporate safety policies. Lead and schedule crew members, support emergency response, coordinate repair and maintenance planning, and maintain documented quality control to prevent off-spec shipments. Monitor daily production reports to improve throughput, reduce costs, increase profitability, and maximize metal recovery.
