Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain acceptable quality of works and minimize reworks by ensuring compliance with approved Shop Drawings, method statements, BBS, and schedules.
  • •Monitor and control the latest valid drawings issued for use and coordinate activities, including “as built” execution for major work elements.
  • •Perform corrective actions for work requiring rework or remedial actions as instructed by the site engineer.
  • •Complete daily site supervision of labor, materials, equipment movement, and resource distribution to keep project costs within budget.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety procedures for all supervised workers, report risks to the site engineer, and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience with 3 years relevant working experience in construction site roles.
  • •Strong knowledge of project construction scope, objectives, and QA/QC expectations to minimize rework.
  • •Knowledge of project safety programs, including occupational health and safety and environmental policies and procedures.
  • •Ability to monitor and control latest valid drawings and coordinate activities for “as built” execution.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills is required.
