Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute supplier quality strategy aligned with business objectives, quality standards, and risk management priorities.
  • •Own and govern quality standards, acceptance criteria, inspection procedures, and performance frameworks across the supplier network.
  • •Lead quality engineering, supplier qualification, and manufacturing readiness activities for new materials and suppliers.
  • •Drive supplier performance improvement using scorecards, statistical analysis, capability assessments, and targeted development programs.
  • •Own the non-conformance management framework, ensuring root-cause resolution, corrective action implementation, and prevention of recurrence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering/science, materials, gemology, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 7 years’ experience in manufacturing or supplier quality, including 3 years leading a team.
  • •Experience managing supplier expectations and delivering solutions for complex business problems.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for working effectively in a global environment.
  • •Proficiency with quality core tools such as AQL, Gage R&R, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP.
