Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multidisciplinary teams across complex energy and industrial projects to deliver on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • •Direct team efforts reviewing anticipated project impacts and avoidance planning considerations, balancing environmental, technical, and stakeholder requirements.
  • •Oversee all aspects of project permitting, including applications, coordination with local/state/federal agencies, and management of public hearings and community engagement.
  • •Foster relationships with regulatory agencies and advise on state filing requirements to ensure projects adhere to applicable laws and best practices.
  • •Lead/contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting proposals and presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Natural Resources, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • •7-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy and industrial sector, with a track record across energy project types.
  • •Familiarity with Gulf South energy and industrial market dynamics, including regulatory structures and permitting pathways.
  • •Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and build consensus among diverse groups.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in permitting and regulatory requirements, including analyses, report writing, and filings.
