Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and replenishment.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and execute floor set updates.
  • •Support safe, efficient store operation through strong stockroom standards and by assisting with reporting, budgets, expenses, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
