Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute build plans, priorities, milestones, and schedules with cross-functional stakeholders to meet program requirements.
  • •Forecast build, material, cost, and resource requirements while maintaining accurate planning data and tools.
  • •Supervise daily execution for APTD operations, including wafer offloading and kitting, and coordinate logistics and readiness tasks.
  • •Track progress and operation health through regular reviews, monitor status, and proactively resolve risks, issues, and roadblocks (escalate as needed).
  • •Centralize and manage project documentation and data using SharePoint and Confluence, ensuring deliverables and artifacts align with established processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) in Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • •3–5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, preferably with at least 1 year of HBM experience.
  • •Experience in project/process integration, project/program management, technology development, operations management, or process engineering.
  • •Strong understanding of advanced packaging flows and proficiency with computer tools including Excel, Word, statistical tools, Confluence, Power BI, and Power Apps.
  • •Knowledge of SAP, Teamcenter, and manufacturing execution systems, with strong analytical problem-solving, communication, and leadership.
