Lead complex consulting engagements and major workstreams for Strategy+ in AECOM Advisory, translating strategy into practical execution through operating model design, transformation, governance, organisation and performance improvement. Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and deliver executive-ready recommendations, roadmaps and materials. Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage scope/risk/quality/commercial performance, and support business development, proposals and account growth while coaching team members.
